Payments, simply
Milestone payments by bank transfer, UPI or cheque — never more than one stage in advance. Every payment gets a GST invoice and receipt.

Final quotation, specifications, timeline, payment schedule and terms — signed by both of us.

One per milestone, with our bank and UPI details, followed by a receipt.
About the process
How long does a full home take?
Typically 45 – 60 working days from design sign-off and the production advance. Kitchens and single rooms are faster. Your proposal states the timeline for your project.
How many design changes can I ask for?
We revise the 3D views until the design works for you before sign-off. Changes after you sign the design approval sheet are quoted separately and need your written approval.
Do I have to sign anything digitally?
No. The design approval sheet and the proposal are signed on paper. We scan them and share copies with you on WhatsApp or email.
How do I pay?
Directly — by bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS), UPI or cheque, only to the account printed on our invoice. There are no card or gateway charges.
Will I get GST invoices?
Yes. A GST invoice is issued for each milestone, and a receipt once your payment is received.
Can I live in the flat during the work?
For full-home projects it is easier to start before you move in. For single rooms or kitchens we plan the work to keep disruption low.
