Terms of service
How we work, in plain language. Your signed proposal contains the terms for your project and takes priority over this page.
1. Estimates
Estimates from the website and from our designers are indicative. They are based on standard sizes, exclude GST unless stated, and are valid for 30 days. The final price is set in the signed proposal after site measurement and design approval.
2. Design
The consultation and first design direction are free. We revise the design with you until you are ready to approve it. You approve the design by signing the design approval sheet; production starts only after that.
3. Proposal & booking
Your project is confirmed when both parties sign the final proposal on paper and the booking advance is received. We share a scanned copy with you.
4. Changes after approval
Changes requested after design approval or after production has started may change the price and timeline. We confirm the effect in writing, and proceed only after you agree.
5. Payments
Payments follow the milestone schedule in your proposal and are made directly by bank transfer, UPI or cheque. A GST invoice is issued for each milestone and a receipt once payment is received. Please pay only to the bank account or UPI ID printed on our invoice, and call your designer before paying if you ever receive different details. Work on the next stage begins once the due milestone is paid.
6. Site readiness
Timelines start from design sign-off and receipt of the production advance. They assume the site is ready — civil work, flooring and plumbing complete, electricity and water available, and society permissions in place. Delays in site readiness extend the timeline accordingly.
7. Client responsibilities
- Provide access to the site during agreed working hours.
- Arrange society permissions and any deposits required.
- Confirm selections (materials, colours, appliances) on time.
- Keep valuables and fragile items away from the work area.
8. Cancellation
If you cancel after booking, amounts for design work completed, materials ordered and production already done are not refundable. The cancellation terms for your project are stated in your proposal.
9. Handover & snags
At completion we walk through the home with you and list any snags. We fix listed snags promptly; the final payment is due on handover as per the schedule.
10. Warranty
Warranty coverage for your project is stated in your proposal. It covers manufacturing defects in normal residential use, and does not cover misuse, water damage from leaks, or alterations by others.
11. Offers
The cashback offer applies to full-home interior projects. The applicable amount is stated in your signed proposal.
12. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune having jurisdiction.
