What we collect

When you use a form, the planner or the questionnaire, we receive the details you enter — such as name, phone number, email, flat details, room preferences and budget — plus floor plans or photos you choose to send us on WhatsApp or email.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare estimates, designs, proposals and invoices, carry out your project, and contact you about it. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are emailed to our studio inbox and kept as a backup on our web hosting in a folder that is not publicly accessible. Project documents are kept for as long as needed for the project, warranty and our legal and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop contacting you, by emailing . We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law.
