So, what does it actually cost?
If you have ever asked a designer for a price and been told "it depends, let us visit first", you know the feeling. You just wanted a number to plan around.
So here is ours. A 2 BHK starts from ₹12,00,000 and a 3 BHK from ₹16,00,000, in Standard finish. "Starts from" matters. Your final figure depends on which rooms you do and what goes into them.
Where the money goes
Fitted furniture, meaning kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, is priced by size in square feet. We publish the rate for every item, so there is nothing hidden to find out later. Prices are rounded to the nearest ₹1,000, which keeps the maths easy to follow. GST is 18% on invoices.
Finish is the other big lever. Choose Premium and fitted units come to about 25% more. That is not a trick. The materials really are different, as the next section shows.
Standard or Premium
Standard is the sensible, value-first choice. You get alternate MR-grade plywood, 1 mm laminates from a curated range, standard hardware and emulsion paint. Premium steps up to semi-Gurjan plywood, premium-brand laminates, designer sheets and veneers, German hardware, lustre paint, and a far wider choice of colours and textures.
Get your own number in two minutes
Our online calculator asks for your home type, the rooms and a package. It then gives you an itemised estimate. No phone call needed first. If you would rather talk, the consultation, the estimate and the first design direction are all free, and there is no obligation. A designer calls you back within one working day.
How payment works
You do not pay everything upfront. It is four milestone payments as the work moves along, by bank transfer or UPI, and every one comes with a GST invoice.
